Truly one of a kind handmade food-safe Walnut Colored Pencil Rim Bowl. A double row of Colored Pencils circles around the top rim of the bowl.  A clear epoxy resin dome seals and protects the pencils. The color pencils add so much character and truly make this a one of a kind piece.  Signed by the artist, Alan Adler at the base.
I turned this piece on a wood lathe and finished over many days on the studio bench. The size is 9 1/2 inch diameter 2 1/2 inches high. The bowl interior is 8 inches in diameter.

Keep out of direct sunlight
Minimize exposure to wide swings in humidity levels
Do not wash with water, if necessary use only a damp cloth
Wax lightly with a quality food safe wax or oil and buff to restore the luster.  I like beeswax, walnut oil or mineral oil.
