Natural Edge Cherry Bowl
This is a Natural Edge Bowl.  Natural Edge is defined as the irregular shape around the rim where the bark was located.  In the case of this bowl, the bark was along the top edge curve rim. The size is 9 x 6 x 3 1/2 inches.

Handmade on a wood lathe this turned Cherry Salad Bowl features beautiful grain and colorful brown markings. My signature is on the base.

Keep out of direct sunlight
Minimize exposure to wide swings in humidity levels
Do not wash with water, if necessary use only a damp cloth
Wax lightly with a quality food safe wax or oil and buff to restore the luster.  I like beeswax, walnut oil or mineral oil
