Wood and Silver Jewelry Box
Handmade Wood and Silver Jewelry Box featuring a vintage silver plate napkin ring holder with the hallmark Leonard, Hong Kong.  I enjoy mixing different materials to achieve unique products. With this Pill Box is am combining a metal core with a Woodturning base and lid.   This is a concept of mixing different materials is a concept that I explored with antique porcelain lids.  Here is the link Antique Lids Find New Bases.  
This box combines wood veneer plywood for the base and lid with a silver body.  The overall outside dimensions are 2 1/2 inch diameter x 2 1/4 inches high.  Inside dimensions are 1 3/4 inch diameter by 1 inch deep.  This item is extremely unique and presents a wonderful contrast in materials.
This Wood and Silver Jewelry Box is perfect to keep jewelry safe near the kitchen sink or on a nightstand.  The days of searching for your misplaced rings and earrings are now over.  Use this container and you will have a better quality of life with more free time.

Care for your Ring Box
If you want to brighten up the silver and remove any tarnishing use a silver jewelry paste cleaner to restore the luster.
To polish the wood base and lid use a quality paste wax or oil.  I like beeswax, walnut oil or mineral oil.
