The Mice Are Back
Most people dislike mice and yet everyone loves my wood mice. I produce these in large groups to relief stress and refer to them as the Attack of the Wood Mice.
They are fairly east to turn as they are egg shapes with a point for the nose. I sand a flat spot so they sit up and don’t roll over. No one likes a dead mouse. Depending on the angle they sit at determines their unique attitude. The most fun is painting them. No matter what I do it always seems to work out as they each have a specific personality and appeal. After painting they go to surgery for drilling holes for leather ears and a tail. Glue on these body parts, dunk them in a finish and they are ready to play.
Even though I make them in large litters they must have legs. They keep on disappearing. I remember giving them to kids when they visit the house, but that cannot be reason they are not around when I want to play. If you like the Attack of the Wood Mice take a look at these fun toys. They are always a winner with kids of any age.

Studio
I design and produce all my items in my studio in Montvale, New Jersey, USA. My primary tool is the Robust wood Lathe with three horsepower. It is capable of turning a two hundred pound log into a furniture stool. I also make jewelry on this same machine. After the form is made I enhance the piece at the workbench. I employ several techniques that include pyrography, carving, staining and painting.
